This letter is to request permission to cross a designated
wetland area with an underground irrigation line. Mr. Suggs
of the Duplin County SCS Office has recently inspected the
farm and advised for me to mail to you a copy of the area
map of the proposed crossing. The crossing will be approx-
imately four feet wide by forty feet long; adjacent to the
existing road into the hoghouse.
Enclosed you will find the area map with the county roads
numbered and also the location of the hoghouses along with
the existing farm road. Your corporation concerning this
matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your
time concerning this matter. I look forward to hearing from
you soon.
