This project impacts 0.25 acres of wetlands

Reference is made to my letter to you of February 13, 1990, concerning
your construction of an automobile tire recycling facility on your property
irme'.diately'south of S,R: 1735 near Sharpsburg, Nash County, North Carolina.
In that letter, you were advised that your placement of fill material into a
x:00-foot by 100-foot wetland area adjacent to the road for construction of the
aiaity was authorized by a nationwide permit in our regulations. Reference
is so made to your letter of June 19, 1991, in which you stated that you
were how proposing to construct a fish market on the proposed 100-foot by
