This area is classified as CWNA - Converted Wetland For Non Agricultural Use. This area can be used for road construction or poultry house construction without losing your eligibility for USDA farm programs. It should not be used for grass or crop production. Please be sure to follow the attached approved plan for this area. Failure to follow the plan could result in the area being a converted wetland and thus in violation.
