The retaining wall is anticipated to be 208 SF. 208 SF of which is above normal pool. 2. The boathouse is 576 SF. 336SF of which is above normal pool 3. The dock is 555 SF. None of that is above normal pool 4. We will need to do some dredging in the boathouse to get the depth we need. It should be range in depth from 4' to 0' over a length of 15' by 24' wide. All of which is above normal pool. 5. The 8 trees we need to remove are small and grinding their stumps shouldn't disturb more than 4'by4' so that's a total of 128 SF. Keep in mind that 4 of these trees are in the area directly where the boathouse will go, so the disturbance of removing these trees overlaps with the disturbance of the boathouse. All of the tree impacts are above normal pool.
