Specifically, the property is located just east of State Route 1333, Lot No. 3, Timberwoods Subdivision, north of Straits. In order to develop this lot, less than an acre of isolated wetlands are proposed to be filled. The work is authorized by Nationwide Permit Number 26. For the purposes of the Corps of Engineers' Regulatory Program, Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 330, published in the Federal Register on November 13, 1986, lists nationwide permits.
