Dear Mr. Durney:
7
It was good to speak with you concerning our Lake Mackintosh Park
and Marina project. Enclosed you will find two copies of the proposed master
plan for the project. I have highlighted in red the area which I spoke
with Mr. Thomas of the Corps of Engineers concerning a possible wetland
issue. He assured me our proposal would create no poblems.
Several other factors about our plan which may be important. The only
paved areas on site will be the roadways and the area adjacent to the
launching ramps. All parking lots will be graveled with landscaping surrounding
the lots to reduce storm water runoff into the lake. Restrooms will have
septic fields located beyond the required distance from the lake area.
No gasoline products will be allowed to be sold on site either.
If you have any questions or if I need to provide you with any further
information, feel free to contact me.
Since ely,
