On July 8, 2009, staff of this office conducted a 401 Certification compliance inspection at the subject
site to determine if the project was constructed as submitted to the Division of Water Quality (DWQ). As of the
date of this letter, it appears that construction at the site has not yet commenced. Be reminded that once
construction at the site begins DWQ shall be notified and if ownership of the property changes the certification
goes with the property.
Also payment to the Ecosystem Enhancement Program, for mitigation purposes, was required. Failure
to make the required payment may result in the certification in being withdrawn.
