As we discussed previously, I contacted Mr. David Lekson with the U. S. Army,
Corps of Engineers, regarding our site located in Piedmont Centre, High Point,
North Carolina. I have enclosed a map showing the area he has determined as
freshwater wetlands. The proposed fill area on this site is less than one
acre. We are requesting that the proposed fill activity associated with this
drainage swale be covered under general certification for headwater areas.
Please call if there are any questions.
Sincerely,
Ru No ris, E.I.T.
