I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Slechter Tract project, which proposes to culvert 100 ft of
an unnamed tributary to Gap Creek in Buncombe County. Wild trout should not be impacted by this project,
and a moratorium does not need to be observed. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this
project.
