The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of part of the Murphy Collection
System on 12/17/2018 at the Tusquitee Ranger Station at 123 Woodland Drive in the Town of Murphy.
Details of this inspection are contained in the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report.

Please respond in writting to this office within 20 days of your receipt of this letter regarding your plans
or measures to be taken to address the following issues: Recurring Sanitary Sewer Overflows at the
Tusquitee Ranger Station.
