Hey Sue,
Here is the email that I sent requesting additional information on the adjacent property owners. Timmons responded
with the requested information and I will send you the response.
Also, I was informed by Timmons that the applicant was changing for this project and that they would resubmit the
application with the updated applicant's information. Therefore, I was not planning to move forward with putting this
out on public notice until I received the updated application.

Hey Anna,

I have reviewed the Person County Mega Park Individual Permit Request that was submitted to the Corps on
11/28/2018. The last thing that I need to put this out on public notice is a complete list of adjacent property owners.
Note that the "Intstructions for Preparing a Department of the Army Permit Application" requires the following for Block
25. Names and Addresses of Adjoining Property Owners, Lessees, Etc., Whose Property Adjoins the Project Site:
List complete names and full mailing addresses of the adjacent property owners (public and private) lessees,
etc., whose property adjoins the waterbody or aquatic site where the work is being proposed so that they may
be notified of the proposed activity (usually by public notice). If more space is needed, attach an extra sheet of
paper marked Block 25.
While you did provide a list, I found at least three properties along the proposed roadway improvement corridor
situated adjacent to impact sites that were not included on the property owner list provided by Timmons with the
application. Below is a list of the parcels that need to be included:
BLACK HARRY C ESTATE / LUTZ DEBORAH BLACK 0919-00-37-9347.000
BURKS MARGARET H & OTHERS 0919-00-46-9994.000
BERRYHILL EUGENE C JR & JOSEPH 0010-00-50-1023.000
Please provide an updated list of adjacent property owners to account for all adjacent property owners with full mailing
addresses. Also, it would be very helpful if you could also provide a map highlighting the adjacent property owner
parcels that are included on the list, to help me ensure that the list is complete.
