All plots exceeded the success criteria. 2. Report indicated encroachment from the removal of a spoil pile and mowing. Mowing occurred within 2'-5' along the easement boundaryjust beyond the horse fencing on Ut-1, UT2 and UT3. The approximate area affected by all encroachment was noted to be .21 acres. Report did not provide pictures showing the encroachment. Report noted that replanting with 300, 3 -gallon trees took place within the encroached areas, flagging was added, a new survey performed and a map showing where that planting occurred was provided. However, no pictures were provided showing the replanting/remedial efforts. DWR highly recommends requiring photo documentation showing areas of encroachment to confirm that the magnitude and description of the encroachment is accurate. Also recommend photo documentation be provided anytime remedial efforts have been implemented. Thank you for submitting the Year 4 Monitoring Report. Katie
