Attached is application information pertaining to a Notice of Intent (N01) for Barnhill Contracting
Company for coverage under General Permit NCG160000 for Stormwater Discharges associated with
the manufacture of asphalt paving mixtures. Included as a part of this submittal is the following

[Environmental Management] Commission implementing this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor which may include a fine
not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
