Thanks for correcting that for me! Regarding the entity that would appear with the Secretary of state, we recently had an
air permit through DEQ with the entity name of Ply Gem given as the entity name. facility ID 3200382 if this helps?
If not I can contact our corporate safety manager, I'm sure he will know.

We received a Stormwater permit application on 11/21/2018.
On page I section 1) owner/operator, I need a valid entity registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State.
Ply Gem Insight Center and Ply Gem Foundation Labs do not appear on the Secretary of State's website.
Please let me know what entity this permit should be entered under.
