In accordance with your written request of November 26, 2018, the completion date of your
Department of the Army permit to fill 1.33 acres of jurisdictional wetlands to construct a
commercial development located at 0 The Woods Road, south of US Highway 158, adjacent to
Jean Guite Creek, in Kitty Hawk, Dare County, North Carolina, is hereby extended until
December 31, 2019. All other conditions of your permit remain in full force and effect.
If the permitted work is not completed on or before the date herein specified, the

It has also come to our attention that you wish to have the above referenced permit transferred
to your name. Please sign the bottom of Page 3 of both copies of the attached permit to complete
the transfer. You may keep one signed copy for your records and the return the other copy to this
office at the address below.
