Evergreen Packaging has a permitted discharge of 29.9 million gallons per day (MGD) to the Pigeon River (7Q10 of 52 CFS). Whole effluent samples were collected on December 11 and December 13 by Tim Heim for use in a chronic Ceriodaphnia dubia multi -concentration toxicity test. The test using these samples resulted in a pass with a Chronic Value (ChV) of >100%. Toxicity test information follows.
