Date: /6 /0 FORM: FTA 04-16 Page 5 of 5 PROJECT NARRATIVE Bailey & Fuller Properties, LLC is proposing to construct a multi -tenant commercial development at 7957 Market Street. The Development will consist of 10,000 sf of retail (7,800 sf and 2,200 of restaurant) along with 4,800 sf of offices. The total flow of the proposed development will be 8,430 GPD per the corresponding wasterwater demand. Based on the depth of the gravity sewer along Mendenhall Drive, 450 LF of 8-inch sewer will be constructed to serve the development (owned and maintained by the CFPUA), but a private pump station and forcemain will be required to serve such into the constructed manhole along Bump Along Road.
