All five payments (totaling $500) have been received for owed fees and have been applied to General Permit COC
NCG100045. Your permit Certificate of Coverage (COC) No. NCG100045 has been renewed in our BIMS permitting
system, and Name/Ownership information has been updated.
Please find attached (1) The General Permit NCG100000 print package (includes the general permit and monitoring
forms), (2) Permit Contacts Summary report, and (3) renewal COC for this facility. Please verify that everything is
correct. (Note that we do not have any permit or facility contacts listed — could you let us know if there are individuals
we should list there?)
This permit is reissued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum
of Agreement between the state of North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, dated October 15,
2007 (or as subsequently amended.)
The General Permit authorizes discharges of stormwater, and it specifies your obligations with respect to discharge
controls, management, monitoring, and record keeping. Please review the new permit to familiarize yourself with all
changes in the reissued permit. Your facility has six (6) months from receipt of the permit to update your Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) to reflect any new permit requirements.
Your coverage under the General Permit is transferable only through the specific action of DEMLR. This permit does not
affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the N.C. Department of Environmental
Quality (DEQ), nor does it relieve the permittee from responsibility for compliance with any other applicable federal,
state, or local law, rule, standard, ordinance, order, judgment, or decree.
