Department of the Army permit to fill 0.27 acres of jurisdictional wetlands to construct a parking
lot located at 1240 Duck Road, just south of the Duck Waterfront Shops, west of NC Highway
12, adjacent to the Currituck Sound, in Duck, Dare County, North Carolina, is hereby extended
until September 3, 2019. All other conditions of your permit remain in full force and effect.
