Hey all,
Please see above as a revision to the Britton application. This workplan will replace the workplan provided in the
application. The revision is located at the northern end of the Living Shoreline within the NPS 15' riparian setback. To
date I have not received NPS riparian waiver and in LS cases we refer to our GP for certain rules. If no waiver is obtained
the LS must be 25' or less from the NWL within the riparian setback. So Doug Dorman adjusted the section within the
riparian setback accordingly, (see below). This is the only change. If this modifies your previously submitted comments
please let me know. If you have not submitted comments please refer to this revision during your review.

Attached is the revised drawing for Don Brittons property in Avon, Dare County. We have moved the the rip -rap to 23
feet of the shoreline within the 15' riparian setback on the Parke Service property boundary. You should be able to print
his out to scale on 11x17 but if you need copies mailed please let me know.
