Upon review of your request for Water Quality Certification
to place fill material in wetland areas adjacent to Tomahawk
Creek, we have determined that the proposed fill can be covered
by General Water Quality Certification No. 2176 issued November
4, 1987. A copy of the General Certification is attached. This
Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps
of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 26.

we will then proceed with obtaining the necessary Corps Permits.
The majority of the site is easily accessible by four-wheel drive
vehicles and can therefore be viewed quite easily. due to our
familiarity with the site and at the developer's request, we would
like to accompany the regional office on their visit(s) to the
site. We can provide four-wheel drive vehicles to transport DEM
staff over the property and be available to answer any questions
they may have while on-site.
Please have the regional office representatives contact us to
