Dear Mr. Daniels:
Upon review of your request for Water Quality Certification
to place fill material in an isolated wetland area, we have
determined that the proposed fill can be covered by General Water.
Quality Certification No. 2176 issued November 4, 1987. A copy
of the General Certification is attached. This Certification may
be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of Engineers'
Nationwide Permit No. 26.

Dear Mr. Mills
This letter is written in order to request a water quality
certification for a parcel of property located between Frisco
and Buxton NC. Enclosure 1 shows the location of this property.
The water quality certification is required as an addendum to
,.an application form which is being prepared for the purpose
of obtaining a Nationwide Permit No. 26 to fill an isolated
wetland on the property.
The approximate size of this isolated wetland is 11 ft. by 14 ft
and is located on the south boundary of the property, approximately
85 ft. from the east boundary line.
It is also requested that the proposed fill be included in the
general certification for isolated wetland areas.
