The stormwater ditchline near the rail cars has been rocked to remove any resin pellets that may wash off the property and no pellets were observed at the time of inspection. Petroleum contaminated soils from previous practices were observed and removed from the site. Three groundwater monitoring wells were installed and are monitored regularly. Semi annual qualitative monitoring and employee training records are not currently maintained and must be retained for at least three years. If you have any questions, please contact me at Lily.
