The site is located on the south side of Village Road. The existing permit (WQ0040052) is being modified to add line length and flow. The proposed sanitary sewer system is to serve a 32 (3 bedroom) single-family residential lots. The flow required is 6,720 GPD. There is an additional 1,009.26 LF of 8" public gravity sanitary sewer main_being proposed for this project. The length is based on the distance from inside wall of manhole to inside wall of manhole. 114 LF of dry 8" public gravity sanitary sewer main was previously permitted on July 10, 2018. 30.81 LF of the 96.00 LF of proposed sanitary sewer main from SSMH-2 to SSMH-3 is within 50 feet of wetlands. The sanitary sewer main from SSMH-2 to SSMH-3 will meet water main standards (15A NCAC 18C) for materials, testing methods and acceptability standards. SSMH-3 is not within 50 feet of wetlands. SSMH-2 is within 50 feet of wetlands, but was previously permitted on July 10, 2018. The proposed additional gravity sanitary sewer main will discharge into the previously permitted dry gravity sanitary sewer main. The previously permitted dry gravity sanitary sewer main will discharge into an existing sanitary sewer manhole at the cul-de-sac of Gardenview Court in Creekview Estates. Item IX.6 on the Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application is marked as no because the lines being added to the permit are not deemed high -priority.
