Hi Andy,
Attached are the GIS shape files for the study area boundary along with a pdf file of
Figures 1-19 (draft) that we will present at today's meeting.

We also have a set of the figures with an aerial base for our meeting which are included
on the SharePoint site listed below.

The gray shading on the attached maps indicate the existing rail and roadway right of
way while the red dashed line shows a 25-foot offset from the preliminary design's slope
stake lines.

I was not sure which additional GIS files you are interested in having but we can provide
a map package of all the attributes shown in the attached figures following the meeting.

discuss the screening criteria. If the project proceeds via the Merger Process, the

Andy and April,

Good morning. Would it be possible for everyone to participate in person for the
1:30pm meeting at NCDOT-Century Center? It would really help for us to all be in person
for this review session, but if needed, we will set up an option to share our screen
remotely. (It will be close to 12pm before we can send out that remote link and email
the current meeting materials. I am sorry for the delay, we have had several project fires
to put out and the snow conditions added to the challenges.)

We would like to review Merger Screening in light of the preliminary design information,
limited number of impacts to jurisdictional features, best-fit alt along existing, and lack
of competing resource impacts along this almost 16-mile project. Afterwards, we will
proceed with the preparatory-CP2Rev/2A meeting, if needed.
