project....BUT there is no project in BIMS.
Talked to Tom Blue & I guess you & Ken Averitte are in on this one.
Can i assume that there will be a PCN & (of course) $$$ coming down the pike shortly?

I too received a set of plans today, FedEx, but still no PCN. We met on-site today with Tom Blue and Tiffany
Kirkpatrick. I'm about to give up. I don't know what's going on with them.
Laurie, this is to let you know I got your message. I'll call Tom Blue and ask where the PCN is. Did he send in
a check? or nothing but the plans?

The FedEx package referenced below is in regards to Carriage Park Phase 2 in western Moore County at Seven Lakes /Beacon Ridge,
near West End. This project involves two jurisdictional waters crossings in which construction occurred before the permits for such
were finalized (all other local/state/federal permitting had been completed). Our client, the project developer, is Black Point LLC. We
have met with Ken Averitte and US Army Corps of Engineers officials (Emily Burton and others) concerning these impacts. The NC
Ecosystem Enhancement Program, as of our yesterday, has accepted payment into the Wetlands Trust Fund to offset site impacts. I will
be sending you additional Carriage Park Phase Two project information. You may reach me on my direct mobile phone if/as needed
