According to Michele, the UPS Admin in Raleigh the checks were dated November 7, 2018.
She sent me this memo this morning on the Fayetteville Freight site.

Dated 11/07/2018
She will have to look up the rest of them and I should know something no later than tomorrow, but my understanding is
that all 8 checks were submitted on the same day, 11/07/18. 1 don't know the date the State actually cashed and
cleared the checks but I am pretty sure they were received the next day as they sent them UPS. I had also requested
tracking/delivery confirmation info as well.
Please let me know if you need further verification and I will follow up when I get more info from her. Thank you.

payment was applied? If not, | have copied Deborah Reese who might have the record.
If they were paid up prior to November 301h, I can make changes to the database on-line. Otherwise, we'll have to
process it separately and we'll send out the COCs when they're ready.

Dear Industrial Stormwater Permitting Section,
We are contacting you on behalf of our client (UPS Ground Freight Inc) regarding the new industrial stormwater permits
(NCG080000) in the State of North Carolina, specifically regarding the online COC renewal and request form.
The system online shows that the following U P S Ground Freight Inc sites have expired permits.
The UPS admin in Raleigh paid these by check with an individual check for each site several weeks ago. They are working
on getting delivery confirmation and if checks have cleared.
