Katherine, I apologize — it wasn't Mercer Madison before, it was someone with the last name of Myers (I glanced too
quickly at the listing). However, Mercer Madison is still listed as an owner contact (different from owner affiliation). Is
that still correct, or should I remove Mercer's name as well?

Good morning, Ms. Lane:
I wanted to check in about your request for this permit. We noted that the individual you are changing (Mercer
Madison) was also the Owner Affiliation for two other DEQ permits, a wastewater general permit and gravity sewer
extension (see below). If we change the legally responsible person to you, the affiliation will also change for the other
two permits because they are tied to the same Owner Organization. Is it okay that you become the affiliation for these
other two permits, too? I just wanted to make sure before I made this change!
