RE: Stormwater Permit Invoice
Mike, I have rescinded this permit in BIMS and added the following comments. Thank you for notifying us.
Deborah, please prevent future invoices from going out for this COC. Let mecheck with Annette about what todowith
overdue fees. I am not sure how successful we would be at collecting if they are out of contact or what we have done in
the past for cases like these.

Subject: stormwater permit invoice
Not sure who I needed to contact about this, but hope one of you can help. The attached invoice is for a facility that has
been out of business for several months (maybe years). We have tried to contact the previous owners about permit
rescission, but with no luck. A new company with completely different operations has moved into the building and we
have been communicating with them over the past few weeks about appropriate stormwater permit coverage and
possibility of no exposure certification. They plan to submit a no exposure request in January. The facility contact sent us
an e-mail with the attached invoice addressed to the previous owners. I know we can't rescind permit coverage without
the permittee requesting it, but is there some way we can address the invoice?
Thanks,
Mike
