The attached invoice is for a facility that has been out of business for several months (maybe years). We have tried to contact the previous owners about permit rescission, but with no luck. A new company with completely different operations has moved into the building and we have been communicating with them over the past few weeks about appropriate stormwater permit coverage and possibility of no exposure certification. They plan to submit a no exposure request in January. The facility contact sent us an e-mail with the attached invoice addressed to the previous owners. I know we can't rescind permit coverage without the permittee requesting it, but is there some way we can address the invoice?
