This pump station is intended to serve 62 single family units in Sagewood and 80 single family units In Nichols Farm development for a combined 142 units. The Sagewood pump station will consist of a duplex top -mounted suction lift station in accordance with the City of Durham standards. The force main will be routed through the site and discharged in a gravity sanitary sewer manhole along an existing sanitary sewer outfall to the north of the site. A newly installed 6-inch diameter force main connecting the Sagewood Pump Station to an existing gravity sanitary sewer manhole will be approximately 1,538 feet in length. But the flow tracking sheet a total flow of 0 gallons for this request (I.f). If this application is for 51, 120 GPD, please correct and re -submit sheet 2 of 5 of the application, as well as the flow tracking sheet.
