only high quality copies will be accepted. Blue-line
prints or other larger plats are acceptable only if 16 high,
quality copies are provided by applicant. (Contact the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regarding that agency's

Site Report
The applicant owns a 1.04 acre lot in the Rebellion Point
Subdivision, Pasquotank County bordering the Albemarle Sound.
The soil texture at this site is a fine sandy loam. Vegetation
consists of cultivated lawn grasses and ornamental trees. In
addition there are: Pinus taeda (Loblolly Pine), Acer rubrum (Red
Maple), Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweet Gum) and Taxodium
distichum'(Bald Cypress) trees exist along the eastern property
line and shoreline. There are no wetlands on this lot.
The applicant proposes building a pier (150 ft. x 4 ft.), a
"T" platform (20 ft. x 10 ft.) and repairing an existing bulkhead.
(25 ft.). All materials meet approved construction standards.
The normal water depth at the terminus of the pier is less than 4
ft.
Anticipated Impacts
This project will result in minimal environmental
disruption. Sinking piling will cause localized, temporary
turbidity. No submerged aquatic vegetation will be affected. No
fill will be required.
CAMA Review
This project is consistent with the Pasquotank County LUP
classification of rural. No archeological significance has been
attached to this location.
