This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0025879. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". Based on the findings at the time of inspection, the facility was determined to be in compliance. The following issues were noted and should be addressed: 1. The composite sampler should be set to flow proportional. 2. The composite sampler should be checked to verify the proper volume of sample is collected. 3. A new thermometer should be placed in the composite sampler. 4. The manufacturer should be contacted for assistance in repairing the UV intensity readout. The composite sampler was set to collect 200 mls of sample but when checked during the inspection, only 150 mls were collected. The mercury in the thermometer appeared to be separated making it hard to determine the temperature.
