our PJD package for U-5706 in Rockingham, Richmond County, NC. This is e-mail 2 of
2. I am splitting the PJD package because of the size of the files (number of data
forms). Axiom is interested in obtaining your verification of our field

Verification Request
Good Afternoon April and Andy,
I hope you have both been well since we saw you earlier this year in Moore County.
Axiom Environmental, Inc. has conducted a Section 404jurisdictional area delineation
on the above-listed project in Richmond County. A figure has been attached depicting
the project location. We have been tasked with obtaining regulatory agency verification
of our delineation, and I am wondering if April is our contact from the NCDWR and Andy
is our contact from the USACE. If not, can you tell me who our representative is?
