We would only have a copy of an approval letter that was issued to the facility (no formal certificate for a No
Exposure). I didn't find it in our electronic repository, so it may be in our older paper files. I am out of the
office the rest of the week, but our new Administrative Assistant, Suzanne McCoy, has just started and may be
able to pull a copy of the letter this week if we have it on hand.
Suzanne - someone in the group can show you where the No Exposure files are in our file room, and how to
scan a copy of the letter for emailing.
