I visited this site on October 11, 2018. I noted the following during the inspection:

1) The facility is located on an old concrete pad from a demolished factory. There are numerous drains throughout
in the pad. The contact on site was unsure of where all the drains go to.
2) The outdoor process is essentially a collection of large ASTs inside a containment structure.
3) The contact was unsure of the exact process when it comes to filling and emptying these tanks.
4) They will be taking in a large range of waste water, evaluating it, then ordering the products needed to treat
each specific order. This will likely result in additional containment down the road.
5) There is one major outfall. The outfall area is extremely eroded and continuing to erode causing slope failures
and potential sinkhole situations. The site contact says they will be fixing it.
6) The permit applied for is a NCG13 permit. It may be more accurate to have them under the NCG11, but the
permitee responsibilities are essentially the same.
