Southeastern Soil and Environmental Associates would like to request a Preliminary Jurisdictional
Determination for a 71-acre undeveloped site on Bibey Road in Carthage, Moore County, North Carolina.
The current land owner is Sherrill Matthews. Wetland areas were observed and delineated at the site.
Attached is a request for a Jurisdictional Determination and the supporting documentation and maps.
