NCO055905 I11 121 18/11/30 117 18 ICI Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) Tim Heim and Dan Boss of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection with sampling on November 30, 2018. Juanita James (ORC) assisted with the inspection and facility review. The facility appeared well maintained and operated, and the items noted as preventing compliance in the previous inspection (August 30, 2018) had been corrected. The facility appeared in compliance with Permit NC0055905 at the time of the inspection. The following additional observations were made at the time of the inspection: Several areas of the lower filter bed showed signs of minor ponding and clogging of distribution lines. These components should be examined for cleaning and/or adjustment to ensure even flow distribution across the entire bed.
