The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed the response prepared by Trevor McMinn, on behalf of the City of Saluda, to
the Notice of Violation (NOV-2018-PC-0419). Based on the response, the circumstances surrounding the non-
compliance, actions taken during the event and the City’s efforts to improve I&I in the collection system, no further
information is required at this time. We encourage the City to continue to take preventative steps in an effort to
maintain consistent compliance with NPDES Permit No. NC0028975.
