Project Location: The project site is located on Old Causeway Road, Atlantic Beach, Carteret
County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to reconfigure the existing docks, fingers and
pilings, 20 slips, remove the existing boat ramp, add two sections of bulkhead,
place 10 boatlifts within slips 1,3,5, 7,9,11,13,15,17 and 20 and all existing &
new high ground development.
