Was the permit issued wrong or did the Southern Current get bought out by Flowers Solar? You can use the attached
form to change the Corporation Name (company responsible for the permit). Please provide required documentation
along with the form.

We received the Stormwater permit for Flowers Solar (Permit # SW6171001). We need the permit to be assigned to
Flowers Solar, LLC instead of Southern Current, LLC. What revised forms or additional information do we need to
