Also, I just noticed on the wetland impact maps the following impact not listed on the PCN:
1St Impact map -2295 sf = 0.05 acres. This impact is not listed on PCN
2nd Impact map -538 sf = 0.01 acres
1663 sf = 0.04 acres
308 sf = 0.01 acres
Also, I will include the 0.12 acres permanent impacts that was provided on 11/19/18
Can you please verify the 152 impact. Thanks in advance.

The above referenced project has been slightly revised to include an impact that will occur on the Freedom Square
parcel. This was requested by the Corps and I have supplied James with the requested information. The entirety of the
email exchange is attached including the updated plan showing the added impact. I see that the WQC has not been
issued yet so I am hoping that the final WQC can include this new information. We are going to be providing
compensatory mitigation per the Corps requirements. Please let me know if you have any questions.

securing 0.24 acre of wetland mitigation credit for this permanent wetland impact assuming a 2:1 ratio will be required..

Jeff,
I have received a PCN for.the Freedom Square'water line project. Upon review the PCN has been,considered
incomplete. Please'provide the following information in order to consider the application complete:
1. The water line appears to be associated and necessary for the development of a parcel of land in the in the
southwest quadrant of the Green Level West and Green' Level Church Rd intersection. At this time the Corps is unable to
determine if a single and complete project has been submitted for our review, and therefore cannot verify if the project-

qualifies for NWP verification. Please submit construction plans for the parcel in question. AID for the project is SAW -
2016 -00457. A PJD was issued in 2016 and is attached for your review.
Should there be proposed impacts to the site they should be permitted in association with the waterline as one single
and complete project. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Please submit the requested information with 30 days of the receipt of this notification or we will consider the PCN
withdrawn due to lack of applicant response and close the file.
