This impact is not listed on PCN 2nd Impact map -538 sf = 0.01 acres 1663 sf = 0.04 acres 308 sf = 0.01 acres Also, I will include the 0.12 acres permanent impacts that was provided on 11/19/18 Can you please verify the 152 impact. I see that the WQC has not been issued yet so I am hoping that the final WQC can include this new information. We are going to be providing compensatory mitigation per the Corps requirements. The water line appears to be associated and necessary for the development of a parcel of land in the in the southwest quadrant of the Green Level West and Green' Level Church Rd intersection. At this time the Corps is unable to determine if a single and complete project has been submitted for our review, and therefore cannot verify if the project- qualifies for NWP verification.
