The proposed Timberlake Preserve Subdivision - Phase 1, is located off of South Cross Street in Franklin County, NC. Phase 1 of Timberlake Preserve Subdivision includes the construction of 74 proposed single-family residences. Due to currently receiving water and sewer allocation for fifty (50) lots from Franklin County Public Utilities at this time, we are seeking a permit to install all the sanitary sewer lines in Phase 1, but permitted flow approval of 13,000 gpd to serve fifty(50)proposed single-family lots and an amenity center. Phase 1 will be served by 2,252 LF of 8" PVC and 2,883 LF of 8" DIP sanitary sewer mains extending off of an existing sanitary sewer main. The proposed 8"sanitary sewer lines will be public.
