receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation
of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This
analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using

Please see enclosed two(2) sets of Fast-Track Applications(FTA 04-16) and an accompanying review
fee check of$480.00 for the subject project for your review and approval.
The proposed Timberlake Preserve Subdivision - Phase 1, is located off of South Cross Street in
Franklin County, NC. Phase 1 of Timberlake Preserve Subdivision includes the construction of 74
proposed single-family residences. Due to currently receiving water and sewer allocation for fifty
(50) lots from Franklin County Public Utilities at this time, we are seeking a permit to install all the
sanitary sewer lines in Phase 1, but permitted flow approval of 13,000 gpd to serve fifty(50)proposed
single-family lots and an amenity center.
Phase 1 will be served by 2,252 LF of 8" PVC and 2,883 LF of 8" DIP sanitary sewer mains
extending off of an existing sanitary sewer main. The proposed 8"sanitary sewer lines will be public.
The construction of Phase 1 is projected to begin this Fall of 2018.
