I have been monitoring out outfall and we have not had a time where the outfall has not been discharging. There is no water coming into our first pond from the plant or site but the pond always is wet and the outfall is always draining. These two pictures are both taken on Sept 13th 2018 (4702 is the discharge from the plant into the first pond and 4707 is the discharge from the second pond, "outfall 1"). Normally I have been able to complete a non -discharge form for the year. I do not believe the outfall has been without discharge this year. Please advise. Our last Stormwater sample came back high TSS (130) . We were putting in fall protection for railcar unloading, Picture 3134 is on the same day as the sample. We contracted Hamlett to put in a draining system at the fall protection and we are going to have them address some erosion coming from the neighbors outfall into StarPet's second pond. Then we will resample to see if it addressed the TSS. Thank you, Jason Greenwood Sr. Technical Manager StarPet Inc.
