U-3334B SANITARY SEWER RELOCATION
TOWN OF SMITHFIELD
JOHNSTON COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project proposes the relocation ol'approximately 475 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer and to serve
the Town of Smithfield. This line is being; relocated due to road improvement work as part of
NCDOT project U-3334B, Booker Dairy Road Extension. The existing sewer is an 8-inch main
and is located within the current right-of-way of Ava Gardner Avenue. The proposed 8-inch line
will be relocated to a newly extended portion of the right-of-way.
