Dear Ms. Grzyb,
Duke Energy respectfully submits notification of commissioning of wastewater outfall O1A - CTCC
Operations not later than seven days prior, as required by Part I., Section A.(2.) g. of the NPDES
Wastewater Permit NC0004774.
With the diversion of CTCC Plant flows to Outfall O1A, Duke Energy requests this outfall be made active
in the eDMR system as of December 1, 2018. Should you have any questions regarding this submittal or
