I was looking over this request this morning, and I wanted to clarify. It looks like the change here is only for the legally
responsible person (from Jeff Kahl to you). Is that correct? It looks like the company is still Kennametal Inc. and the
Facility is Kennemetal Incorporated —which we already have in our database (see below). Is that right, no changes to
the Company Name or Ownership here?

We have a different form for an Owner Affiliation Only change — is that what you were trying to do? You don't have to
do another form if you don't want to, as long as all the info. is correct for the contacts. I just wanted to make sure there
