In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and
regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the
Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
S & J Villari Livestock LLC
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a site located at:
S & J Villari Livestock Processing Facility
892 Penny Branch Rd
Warsaw
Duplin County
to receiving waters designated as Turkey Creek, class C;Sw waters in the Cape Fear River Basin, in
accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in N.C. General
Permit No. NCG060000, issued on 10/29/2018.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective on 11/1/2018.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
