The following information is the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County(WSACC)
response with regard to the subject draft permit. WSACC requests your consideration of the
draft permit revisions listed below.
Cover Letter
In the second bullet, the Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) limits of 0.6% and 1.2%have been
added to flow tiers of 0.15 and 0.3 MGD. Considering the Instream Waste Concentration(IWC)
is so low, WSACC request DEQ to terminate this requirement once we have passed 8
consecutive tests.
