Your Industrial User Permit (IUP # 1098) modification is enclosed. This permit
modification is issued in response to Case Farms requesting a change in reporting BOD
and COD daily permit limits from concentration (mg/1) to pounds per day. This
modification has been approved and shall be affective on November 9, 2018 at midnight.
Please take the time to review your permit modifications carefully, as there have been
several changes. Daily permit limits for BOD is 8340 lbs/day and COD is now 33360
lbs/day.
