Testing and completion for a BHI Pressure Sewer extension along Clapper Rail Court is
complete for the above referenced project located in Brunswick County on Bald Head
Island.The following components have constructed:
• An extension of 260 LF of 2"PVC Forcemain(SDR 21)was installed along
Clapper Rail Court located on Bald Head Island. The 2" PVC(SDR 21)
Forcemain was pressure tested for 2 hour period and held pressure for entire
length of testing parameters.
McKim&Creed has determined that this sewer force main installation located in
Brunswick County,Bald Head Island is complete based upon the results of periodic site
observations and pressure testing. Please find enclosed the Engineer's Certification
(Partial)for this project.

I, Anthony W.Boahn, as a duly registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina,
having been authorized to observe (periodically) the construction of the pressure sewer collection
system serving the Village of Bald Head Island,located in Brunswick County,herby state to the best
of my abilities, due care and diligence was used in the observation of the following construction:
• An extension of 260 LF of 2"PVC Forcemain(SDR 21)was installed along Clapper Rail Court
located on Bald Head Island.
I certify that the construction of the above referenced project was observed to be built within
substantial compliance and the intent of the approved plans and specifications.
